During this time we have manufactured and installed over £100 million worth of windows and window related products. Our Window Maintenance service has been launched to offer our expertise in providing refurbishment and window maintenance services to new and existing customers. Our Maintenance service can offer both Planned or Reactive maintenance services for a number of aluminium window systems such as; Technal, Schuco, Senior Aluminium Systems, Hybrid, Raynaers and others.

Another Maintenance Contract Successfully Completed:
During 2011, Dortech introduced a new Maintenance Division to provide Building Owners and Facilities Manager with a responsive maintenance service, delivered by experts who fully understand every aspect of window and door design, manufacture and ongoing maintenance.
This initiative has now been successfully running for over 12 months and has provided tremendous benefit to those who have required its services.
Pennywell School in Sunderland has been the most recent project completed and received the following positive comments from the schools Facilities Manager:
"After dealing with our local maintenance provider in terms of providing an annual service on the External doors, to find that within days the doors weren't working, what a pleasure it was to deal direct with the manufacturer, from the Chairman, who was prepared to visit us and discuss our problems, to his team of specialist trades, who completed the task, there was no comparison, there is no substertute for getting the 'experts in', the team led by the supervisor were both polite and knowledgeable, as well as dealing with the task in hand the guys from Dortech also found the time to offer my operational team, top tips in terms of regular routine maintenance and checks.....We intend to use Dortech for ongoing support and preventative maintenance and service works in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them'."
